Mr. Phillips founded the company in 2003, Mr. Phillips’ experience includes executive positions with Vitas Hospice and Heartland Hospice, an HCR-Manor Care Corp. During last two years the company expanded significantly through growth of existing hospice programs. Mr. Phillips brings more than 10 years of experience in hospice management and operations to Hearts for Hospice.
In Mr. Phillips position as the CEO, he plans and executes Hearts for Hospices’ aggressive strategy to grow its hospice operations through a combination of start-up hospice programs to locations in need of hospice care.
Christian D. Yeates

Chief Executive Officer- Hearts for Home Health - Owner,
Mr. Yeates graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from BYU in 1987. During the next 18 years he has been associated with long-term-care. Mr. Yeates has been the Administrator of six Skilled Nursing Facilities, Regional Vice-President for Diversified Health Services, Medicare Consultant/Reimbursement Specialist for Integrated Health Services, CEO for Traditions Health Care, and owner of Payson Nursing & Rehabilitation Center.
J. Randall Staples

Chief Financial Officer - Owner,
Mr. Staples is a Certified Public Accountant licensed to practice in the State of Utah. He is a licensed Health Facility Administrator under the laws of
Utah. Mr. Staples has owned and operated nursing homes and a rehabilitation company. Mr. Staples has specialized in health care accounting for 30 years. Mr. Staples career includes being a self employed CPA for 24 years, auditor for the Utah State Health Department, Reimbursement Specialist for the Utah Health Care Association, Business Office Manager and Accountant for St. Mark's Hospital, a large 300+ bed Hospital in the Salt Lake Valley. He graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in Accounting.
